Notes

Enamel holdout may not be suitable for topcoating with gloss enamels unless sanded before applying topcoat.

Allow mortar, masonry and concrete to cure 60 - 90 days prior to priming.

Extremely hard and glossy surfaces should be sanded or deglossed prior to application of primer. Test such surfaces for adhesion when using latex primers.

Topcoat acrylic primers with Acrylic 17 acrylic enamel.

Grease and oil must be removed before priming. Additional surface preparation may be required. See Bennette Product Data Sheet prior to application.

Using Bennette 330085/86 Acrylic Epoxy direct to unprimed PVC will provide superior results. Surface should be sanded and wiped with Acetone prior to priming.

Some vinyl wallcoverings may lose adhesion to substrate when topcoated. Check test area for adhesion and bleed-through prior to priming.
